1. Processing Time
Because our products are custom-made just for you, please allow 2 to 5 business days for us to print and handle your order before it is handed over to our shipping carriers. 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We proudly offer reliable shipping across the United Kingdom.

* Estimated Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. While most packages arrive well within this timeframe, occasional customs delays or carrier bottlenecks may occur.

3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your custom item is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You will be able to follow your package's journey directly to your door.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Aura Covers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
